C and VG spills the beans on Iwata and Project Natal

A recent article over at C&VG reveals that Project Natal was at first demonstrated to Iwata and other bigwigs as possible technology for a Nintendo peripheral. After witnessing the entire demonstration, Iwata was impressed, but still refused the technology for a number of reasons – leaving the coast clear for Microsoft to swing in and pick it up.
