An unannounced thing, but a thing nonetheless. Thanks to some super-sleuth manoeuvres simple Google searching on behalf of ze Germans, website Eurogamer.de has uncovered Crysis 3, despite no official announcement from Crytek or publisher EA Partners.
The game was first hinted at in the Swedish edition of Gamer Reactor magazine (cover shot after the jump). Since that hit the Internet, some people did some digging and found a listing for Crysis 3 on EA’s Origin, mentioning the game as coming to PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Since then, the above image has surfaced; a similar version originally appeared on NeoGAF before being expunged from the web. The one you see in the header image apparently came from Google Image searching “Crysis 3”.
Not much else is known, but considering this sudden appearance of information, you can bet EA will make an official announcement soon.
