Rockstar has announced that the first dose of prescription drugs downloadable content for Max Payne 3 will be arriving on two different dates in July. The “Local Justice Pack” will dive slowly onto your consoles on 03 July, before it pops a painkiller and fires on the PC on 17 July. This DLC was supposed to arrive in June, so to say sorry for being too drunk to get it done in time, Rockstar will be offering the content at a lower price of 480 MS Points or $5.99 on PlayStation 3 and PC. This won’t last however, as Rockstar will put the prices back up to 640 MS Points and $7.99 a week after release.
The Local Justice Pack will include the 55th Battalion HQ map for all game types; the Imperial Palace and Departure Lounge maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer modes only; the Light Fingers item, which will help you loot bodies faster; a new São Paulo Police faction for multiplayer; and the M4 rifle with a bunch of attachments.
