Well now, that was quick. A mere two weeks ago it was revealed that Tomonobu Itagaki and his Valhalla Games Studios had reclaimed their rights to the Devil’s Third IP. Originally on the cards as a THQ title, Devil’s Third was cancelled when the beleaguered publisher began shedding the riskier games.

Itagaki and Valhalla have now revealed that they’ve partnered with a Korean developer called Doobic Game Studios. Together, the two teams have formed Valhalla & Doobic Co., Ltd. and they will be bringing Devil’s Third to the masses.

On top of the announcement of this new joint venture, Valhalla & Doobic announced that the game will be heading to the PC as well as tablet platforms. Everything is still on track for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 releases as well. Good news indeed.
