Skyrim Premium Edition revealed

In less than two weeks, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be a whole one year old. They grow up so fast. Perhaps a little unrelated, Germany’s Amazon store has prematurely unveiled The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Premium Edition, which will be available on 07 December. Since the listing appeared online, Bethesda has confirmed that this edition of the game will be heading to the UK and other EU territories. Consequently, you can expect it to hit our shores as well.

The Premium Edition will include a copy of the game, a Skyrim emblem T-shirt, six postcards featuring the game’s concept art, a map and a copy of The Infernal City: An Elder Scrolls Novel. It’ll also come with an extra disc containing walkthroughs, trailers, five songs from the soundtrack and a 600-page digital strategy guide. This extra disc can only be used on a PC.

Amazon.de has the Premium Edition listed for €59.99 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and €49.99 on PC. Note, however, that this edition does NOT include any DLC. If you’re holding out for a Game Of The Year edition with all of the DLC, then you’ll have to wait longer… you know, until all of the DLC has actually been released.

Ooooh. Me want. Sad thing is, I can see myself forking out for this, and then still buying the eventual Game of the Year Edition or whatever with all the expansions when it’s finally released.
