Years ago, SEGA were kind enough to release a port of Sonic Adventure DX on the PC, but fans were puzzled as to why the sequel never got the same treatment. Now, their request has finally been answered.

Sonic Adventure 2 and its Battle DLC is now available on Steam for the PC, with minor enhancements such as widescreen support and updated textures. SEGA is also promising “all-new bonus content”, but the details are vague at this time. All the same, Sonic fans definitely need to have a look at this one, even if they already own the original.

SEGA’s announcement can be found on their official Twitter channel. You can grab the game on Steam right now for $9.99, and it’s an extra $2.99 for the DLC.
