Jack Tretton, the president of Sony Computer Entertainment America, has laid concerns to rest regarding the price of upcoming PlayStation 4 titles. It was speculated prior to the console’s reveal that the price of the average console game was going to increase. In a recent interview with CNBC, Tretton said that PlayStation 4 games would be priced between $0.99 and $60. In other words: you’re going to be paying pretty much the same as what you’re paying for current PlayStation 3 titles. As for that $0.99 price tag, we guess that means the PlayStation Network will be getting a bevy of small, mobile-phone-type games as well.
