Reset, the first-person time-travelling puzzle adventure whose visuals are matched only by its developer’s hyperbole, is now seeking to put the final touches on their game through the launch of an Indiegogo campaign.
Theory Interactive – the two-man team responsible for the game – describe Reset as being, “infused with mind boggling puzzles, a grippingly haunting but beautiful story and an unparalleled immersive atmosphere.” See? It’s like they’re journalists or something. It’s my job to exaggerate for comedic effect, thank you very much.
In spite of this, the game looks intriguing – promising a 16-square kilometer open-world set in a decaying futuristic city. The game’s primary draw card is its time-travel mechanic, which has you using previous versions of yourself to navigate the world and solve various conundrums. The developers are looking for €65,000 and have thus far raised €13,835 of that.
You can view the the campaign, along with a gameplay tutorial, at Reset‘s Indiegogo page.
