Fallout 4‘s third – and biggest! – DLC add-on is out now, and you’re in for a whale of a time. Get it? Whale. Because there’s a whale in the screenshot. A whale skeleton, I mean. I don’t know if there’s actually a whale in the game. Let’s stop talking about whales.
“In Far Harbor, a new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency leads you on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths,” says the press stuff. “Travel off the coast of Maine to the mysterious island of Far Harbor, where higher levels of radiation have created a more feral world. Navigate through the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. Will you work towards bringing peace to Far Harbor, and at what cost?”
The DLC features the “largest landmass for an add-on that Bethesda Game Studios has ever created” plus new things to do, new things to see, new things to kill, and new things to get. I wouldn’t recommend the lobster, though.
If you missed it, there’s also a trailer. It doesn’t have a whale in it.
