One of E3 2016’s biggest surprises was the announcement of Spider-Man for PS4, in development at Insomniac Games. It sounds like a perfect match of developer and franchise, and Insomniac is taking the project very seriously. According to some tweets, they’ve got all hands on deck to bring the Webslinger to life in style.
The first tweet is a few weeks old. My bad, it kind of slipped my notice in the post-E3 haze. Anyway, Insomniac answered a question regarding how much of the studio is dedicated to Spider-Man:

According to their FAQ section, Insomniac has around 200 people in their employ. Another, more recent tweet hints at the scale of the project:
