It’s a really good time to be a PC gamer, isn’t it? While console fanboys/girls/others go thermonuclear with excitement all over the internet when their chosen console gets a new exclusive, PC gamers just hang back with an annoyingly smug smile. They know that, 9 times out of 10, the drama surrounding the word “exclusive” doesn’t even apply to them. Anyway, I had a point, and that point is that PS4 “exclusive” Nioh is coming to PC.
Team Ninja’s highly regarded action-RPG will be tricked out with all three DLC packs – Dragon of the North, Defiant Honor, and Bloodshed’s End – when it lands on Steam as Nioh: Complete Edition. According to publisher Koei Tecmo, the PC version also includes two graphics modes, a 60fps Arcade Mode and the more cinematic Movie Mode which can ramp things up to 4K shininess. You’ll also get a Dharmachakra Kabuto helmet, which has a red Valve valve on the front, remember, like that bald guy when you fired up Half Life? We’ll assume this is a nod to the PC version being digital-only via Steam. Clever.
Nioh: Complete Edition is out on PC on 7 November.
