I’ll be the first to admit that racing games are not really my thing, that’s more the realm of NAG’s own Wesley Fick. Regardless, writing about Humble Bundles seems to be my career at this point, and the fact that the latest is racing themed won’t deter me. Not just any racing, this is a Bundle of Codemasters titles, with a lot of mileage on the clock.
By paying any price you want, you get F1 Race Stars, Toybox Turbos, F1 2011, and F1 2012. If you beat the average price, you’ll be given GRID 2, F1 2014, F1 2015, and the season pass for F1 Race Stars, with more to come in less than a week. This tier also gets you 60 percent off DIRT 4 and 40 percent off F1 2017, as well as several packs of DLC for each. By paying more than $15, Micro Machines World Series, DIRT Rally, and F1 2016 will make a permanent pit stop in your collection. This tier also includes some more DLC, and other items will join in six days.
Mysteriously, the beneficiaries of this Bundle are not racing themed. Instead, proceeds will be split between Doctors Without Borders, The Prince’s Trust, and Special Effect. Another mysterious thing is the absence of F1 2013. It would be a shame to have all the other games and miss out on crucial story because one game isn’t included. That’s how racing games work, right?
The Humble Codemasters Racing Bundle is live now and will end on 19 December.
