The other day, on the way home form the beach, we were driving next to a bunch of people trying to raise awareness for COPE. I saw this and decided that I just HAD to take a pic and show you guys.

Sorry for the low quality, but it was on my cellphone, about two cars in front of us. Had to try my best to enhance it in photoshop.
So, what do you guys think?

Is the guy in the car a member of COPE? If not it's just some guy breaking the law, that just happens to have a COPE shirt at the back of his car. You can't judge the party on this if he doesn't represent them.

Don't you know that anyone affiliated with our government is above the law?

Not new. There's no temporary reg number in the back window.
That is all.

Yeah...
I'm still not getting what the big deal is here.
The way this topic is being presented is so...I don't even know what the word is, but I'd settle on misleading. Firstly, what does this have to do with COPE? The fact that the driver of the vehicle is a COPE supporter? Uhm, so? That's hardly any form of representation of the party, like, at all. If an Orlando Pirates supporter, who has a bumper-sticker on his car, side-swipes a car while over-taking - that's *clearly* a poor reflection on the Orlando Pirates. :|
Also, there is no way to know, without doubt, that he's actually breaking the law willingly, or if he/she had recently fallen victim to a couple of pranksters (you know, having people steal your registration plate is nothing new - and before someone says it, no, not everyone has had their plates bolted on yet :P)
I dunno, the thread just comes across as anti-COPE propaganda. It's like blaming games for a murderous teenager's rampage, just because he happened to like video games.
:/
Having said all that, I can see the irony; I just think it's poor irony.
What is this Thread about?
What is this Picture about?
What is the whole discussion about?

Well it turns out that the Zafira is still available brand spanking new, the replacement hasn't arrived yet.
And I always take my temporary reg number off when I buy a new car and keep it on the rear shelf.
So, my and Q-man's theories still stand.
