Late April is the time when AMD plans to introduce its 3.2GHz clocked, fastest Phenom II CPU and this one will definitely put even more pressure on Intel?s high end sales.
Phenom II X4 AM3 is not expected to win against Core i7 965 or 975 but at the same time, it will definitely be much cheaper and better price / performance solution.
New AMD CPU will sell for slightly above $300 price and will definitely be the fastest AM3 CPU around. The spec confirms that the CPU has 125W TDP and 8MB cache.
