Prison Break...The Final Break

So its all over, and that last special "The Final Break" ties things up.

I found that the Season Finale was a bit of an Anti-Climax, as sad as it was.

Then the Special episode, it wraps things up, but was it really necessary to
Shorten Michael's lifespan even further than what the season finale hinted at?

Any other people watch this yet? I still find Season 1 and 2 to be the best, where he actually had a plan and used his brain. If you watched the Final Break, then why didn't he know that not everything conducts electricity?

It's true the first and second seasons were the best, season 3 was a little lame actually.
Prison Break was one of the best series' ever made, in my opinion anyways

i only got my dstv by the end of season1, so my 1st and best season was 2, even though the show was generally enthrauling and suspensefull, I always had this nagging desire for everything to just end....and finally it has yes....
Unfortunately, Wentworth Miller has been so rediculously typecast in the "brilliant but tragic hero" archetype, i'll be surprised to find him in anyting meaningfull that even slightly detatches him from the Scofield persona..

After season 2, Prison Break just ended for me. They'd broken multipe times, and it was just getting tedious, IMO. Season 1 was awesome though, I think, for me, it was so awesome because it was a new idea, and I hadn't seen anything like it before, and I watched it every time it was on :) Good times.

Definitely, if only the writers had planned things further than the first and second season, then we'd have had 3 seasons in which 1 and 2 would play out as they did(for the most part) , and the 3rd wouldn't have them back in Prison, but taking down the company.

I must agree, season 3 could have been done a little better especialy the last episode of the third season just driving off is not really an ending.

I loved the first season of Prison Break but now it's really getting boring.Mainly because there's no excitement in the show any more.

I liked the show till the end. And even though he did plan more in the earlier seasons he did say that planning can only take you so far - sometimes you have to improvise.
The end of season 4 was anticlimatic but atleast he died a free man.

Well I loved Prison Break, especially season 1 and 2. I think the final, 23rd episode is airing next week Tuesday on Mnet here in SA, which is slightly confusing since Michael is already dead in episode 22.

Oh well, I guess I'll wait and see.

well being dstv less, i really enjoyed 1 for the reasons given above. 2 was ok, but did'nt really grab me. At least they are gonna show 3 on mon, tues and wednesday. So at least there will be something to watch on public tv. Does anybody realise how bad public tv really is?

Well actually the series was supposed to end with season 1 episode 13. As popularity picked up they dropped it continued filming. You can download that episode, search for PB BLACK episode. I haven't seen it though...
