So, Br?no is getting released tomorrow, who's going to watch it? I'm gonna go see it with some buddies of mine, because Borat was just so awesome.

Your thoughts?

I'm a massive fan of SBC and can't wait for this, I don't want to get my hopes up though as I think Borat kinda came out of nowhere and took everyone by surprise. Now more people are familiar with his brand of humour. It definitely looks like the typical SBC humour but whether or not it does better than Borat remains to be seen.

Might see it. Borat was hilarious because of the accent and his dimwittedness. Bruno doesn't look as funny but it'll probably be worth seeing.

The thing is that Borat and Bruno were originally funny because of their use in satire about the west's lifestyle. Now it seems people think that talking in a funny accent is funny.

*disclaimer: I have not seen the Borat film. I've just heard that the satire side has fallen by the wayside.

I can't wait to see this. I love the Borat film (actually, I've been a fan of Sacha Baron Cohen for years and years), and I always loved the Bruno character, so I was really glad when I heard that a Bruno film was in the works.

The trailer is hilarious.

And that little " prank " with Emenem with hilarious. If that's anything to go on: then I want to see this film.

The trailer is hilarious.

"I gave him a traditional black name, O.J." Holy **** I haven't laughed like that for a while.

"The most important movie staring a gay Austrian since Terminator 2."

Above line says it all. Can't wait to see it.

I remember one of the gags bruno did on the ali g show where he made a spring break college student do an advert for "austrian gay tv". It was brilliant and is motivation enough for me to watch this movie

Just saw the Trailer on youtube. Friggin HILARIOUS.
And whats ever more hilarious is... is that Germany/Austria find this movie very inappropriate and ****-in-their-pantz rude against other creeds/sexual orientation/religions.
They will never learn to take a joke....

Actually, it isn't upsetting that many Austrians, only the more conservative ones. Also the Austrians are one of the most liberal countries in the world when it comes to gays and lesbians.

I loved Borat. The movie totally caught me off guard but boy did I laugh. I loved the bit in the church. So it's kinda a no brainer that I'm psyched about this. I'm hopefully seeing this tonight, the misses is feeling a bit droopy so I'm hoping I can drag her out of bed.

The scenes shown in the adverts are mostly all that's funny and a couple of other parts but overall Borat beats it hands down

I just came back from watching it. Here is a recollection of the day since I arrived at the mall:

Due to age restrictions, we buy tickets to watch Ice Age 3. The cinema doesn't do seat bookings, so we slip into Bruno's theater unnoticed and take our seats. After a long time of watching the adverts and previews, the movie starts and we are greeted by Bruno and his friendly introduction, which takes no time to show us that he's gay .

The first few scenes are quite funny, then he introduces us to his gay buddy . Then WHAT THE **** IS THIS. WHAT THE ****. HE SHOVED A FIRE EXTINGUISHER UP HIS ASS

It was the most horrifying and utterly DISGUSTING movie I have EVER watched. Funny as hell, yes, but I will never sleep again. IT WAS HORRIFIC.

Seriously, what the ****?

Well Chainsaw, maybe that's why you should have gone to see Ice Age instead.

Yeah well, I thought it would be Borat 18. Not Bruno 18. Heck, I still enjoyed it, I just think it was ****ed up.

It was one of the most offensive things I have seen in ages.... it was awesome!:D

The scenes with the gay converters were some of the best. "Well if God didn't want you to be gay, why did he give you perfect blow job lips?"

I don't know about you guys, but I think the whole Bruno character is a bit late. Aren't people over that stereotype already?

So I went to see this today with a friend and I really enjoyed it. I don't think it was as good as Borat, but mostly due to the fact that it's more scripted. The part where he made his **** dance and speak for the TV show title was the funniest thing I've seen in ages.

Me and my friends were rolling in our seats laughing and letting out cries of agony. I've never felt so many conflicting emotions.

Uncomfortable is a gross understatement. I'd say what my favourite parts were, but i'm unable to use spoiler tags right now(i'm using opera mini).

Spoiler tags: how to use in Opera Mini!

Just write "spoiler" in square brackets, add in your spoiler, and end it off with "/spoiler", also in square brackets. Simple and easy!

Even Slash of Velvet Revolver said that this movie had stuff that would make the most open minded libral feel uncomfortable. And that's something, coming from him. 0_0

Cool, Thanks. I'm on my PC browser now so...The part where he asked those parents what they were okay with their babies doing. Bruno: "Does your baby mind lit phosphourous?" Parent: "Yes, of course, he loves it" *faceplam*. Also when he made that karate look like an idiot by attacking him with dildos "gay people are like terrorists". Breeliant.
Note: I know that's not how you spell brilliant, That is meant to be said with a double e like Moss on the one episode of I.T crowd.

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Not as good as Borat though, but Bruno had its classic moments!
