[Solved] Guitarsts, help please!

So I've gathered there are a few guitarists on the forum so I'd appreciate assistance with a matter of GRAVE importance.

Imagine my shock when I come home to find my BOSS MD-2 has tragically passed on.... I suspect FOUL PLAY.

The thing is the current definitely flows through since I can play through the pedal however when I step on it....... nothing happens kind of like during that last bunch of ELLIPSES.

So do you think it's totally screwed and needs replacement or is there hope?

How do you expect anyone to come up with any reliable advice without more information, and without examining it? I would recommend that you take it to wherever you bought it, or indeed any nearby music store, and get them to have a look at it.

Well if they've experienced similar problems they might have some advice, besides if I had more information why would I be asking? If I can pinpoint the problem I can fix it myself.

But thanks anyway I'll be paying Guitar Centre a visit. Hopefully not to buy a new pedal.

Haha, nah I use an adapter, thanks anyway.

The problem solved itself though, apparently some things actually do get fixed overnight and by things I'm not referring to drug addicts as that would be silly and entirely off-topic and by fixed I mean drugs.

However the technical issues we're tended to by pedal gnomes overnight. I wish I was awake, I don't like gnomes.

Either way laziness saves the day again.
