I need some help. In access i have created 4 different tables and linked only them into 2 different groups. I now need to link 2 up in order to use them in reason of relationship data design and data normalisation. The 4 tables are suppliers, products, customers, and sales. The program will need all 4 tables as it is for the company's profit and sales. Suppliers and products are linked together and so is customers and sales. Please help me by saying how to link all the tables can be linked. I appreciat all information on this subject

Why does this sound like you are writing an exam at the moment... :)

<EDIT> Could you not just create one more table called something like 'BusinessLink' or whatever with a PK that you add to all other tables? Or maybe the other way around have four Primary Keys one for each of the tables... don't know sorry knowledge is quite limited.

Nah, i'm not doing an exam. Its for my information technology project, and being the person that i am, i decided to put 4 tables in access instead of 2 or 3 tables

Um, I remember there is a way, but cant remember what it is. Did it last year...

Cant you just create a query that links to the relevent information you want? Will ur teacher/lecturer accept that?
