Hihi
my friend wants to know if it is ok if we take his pc in early friday with us, becos he's going to be late and all with work, We will have his ticket with us.Is it possible for us to just take his pc in and put it next to us.. And then later when he comes we will give him his arm tag to get in?
I don't think it will be a prob but he is worried about it now.

May I recommend that you just go in, and unofficially "hold" a seat for him in between you and your friends (no one wants a single seat between a group of mates).
But of course, if someone wants to take the seat, the rules state that you must give it to him. But seeing as us gamers are a pretty decent bunch, I don't see that being an issue.

I don't think anyone will take a seat where there is a pc setup already..

Point is you'll battle to take that you mate's PC in with you in the first place.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the rules state that as long as you have a ticket for it you are allowed to bring in the extra PC meaning that they won’t stop you from doing so. As it requires a user you can just give the arm band to him at a later stage. It would be easier though to just keep a seat open for him.

I'm sure you won't be the first guys doing this. Most people work Fridays, after all. One ticket, one PC. I don't see why it's going to be a problem.

It would technically just work out easier for the organisers if you leave his pc in your car until he arrives and as stated "unofficially hold" a seat next to you for him. Because they like to see you put your arm band on in front of them when you give your ticket.

Well I can actually answer that.
For the last 2 years my one friend had to work on the Friday, so we took his pc in using his ticket and he just called me when he was outside so I could go give him his armd band.

That is exactly what we planning on doing:)

Pe-Killer I dont think this will be an issue at all so long as you have his ticket and his PC. If there is a problem someone from VC will let you know.

No issue. One PC one ticket. Just make sure he can get hold of you and that you do no loose his wristband.
I have noticed that the guys dont have problem with one or two seats, this will be my 5th rAge and I must admit the awsomeness of the guys that go to rAge has me coming back time after time. In all the years their has been a decent amount of respect from the guys towards each other and even respecting the other gamers things has been brilliant (except maybe the hihjacking of the bean bags - lol). And the VC crew always seem to handle all situations to the benefit of the gamers, thanks guys. Just 22 more sleeps :)
