Why do people have more than one window of the nag forums open?

I've never needed more than just 1 window.

Each with about 10 or so Tabs at most. If it gets over 10, I do the 'one in two out' thing.

I do something similar, albeit only opening those threads that seem of interest to me. At the moment I have open my "launch page" (a little webpage containing links to sites that I felt at the time would be ones that I'd visit often. It could really use an update), the GameDev.net and NAG forum main pages, two GameDev.net threads, six NAG forum threads (this one included) and the Game.Dev forum.
