I would just like to know if there is anyone out there who also likes turning off their crosshair or even their entire HUD with certain FPS games?
I would HAVE to suggest trying this with Doom3, call me crazy but I swear it just makes you crap your little panties that much more, it makes things a little difficult with the shotgun cos you're never quite sure how much ammo you have left, but there again it just makes it all that much more intense, I find with the crosshair I can shoot a emon in the dark because I can see my crosshair turns red when it points at said demon. Another game I can def suggest doing this with is STALKER or other similar games where one has to aim down the barrel as it makes it a requirement in order to aim and wild cover fire becomes just that, wild cover fire. One game I WISH theyd give you the option to do this with is Rainbow 6 Vegas, I think it would just make it that much more challenging.
So yeah people, if you haven't already, try it! It takes a little getting use to but can be well worth it and can make your FPS experience that much more challenging and exciting. Hell, I'm guessing there MUST be some people out there who do, or else there wouldn't be the option would there?
