Legendary: The Box tells the story of Charles Deckard, an art thief who is duped into stealing Pandora's Box. When he opens the box, he releases hordes of beasts thought to be fictional -- werewolves and gryphons and all means of beast and demon -- into an unprepared modern world. A full scale war between man and myth begins, and it is quickly complicated by the actions of powerful secret societies. As the person responsible for releasing this terror, Deckard's unwittingly become the only person capable of containing it once more and saving civilization from being destroyed by the terrifying creatures of the box.

I'd never even heard of this until Raven mentioned it to me in the office a few minutes ago. Looks interesting, and I dig being able to have said "Hey, Gryphons attacking a Taxicab in New York! Cool!" when I saw the trailer.

The premise certainly looks interesting, and the screenshots don't look half bad:

It looks awesome. It does sound a bit Will Rock to me, but it looks beautiful!

I've heard this game mentioned on a few of the podcasts I listen to and all the journalists are pretty effusive about what they have seen, so definitely one to watch.

@Judge: Yes a very dodgy name (wtf were they thinking?) but there are some heavyweights behind it.
