Hope its as mind blowing as the first one. Never experienced a scarier level in any game, than the Asylum level in the original.

This is good news.
I always loved Painkiller for being old-school and not trying to do 500 different things at the same time.

Painkiller = Fragfest. Was always fun :) The fact that there is a new one is even better news for me :)

Brilliant news - every single aspect of the first game was awesome. Hope they stick to their roots and deliver another super shooter.

I've still got to get the original and its expansions. I played the demos and enjoyed them; I've been waiting for the Black edition to hit the budget bin ever since. Now, I'll really have to get it! :)

Wow, this is really great news. I thoroughly enjoyed the first game - beginning to end, it was like joyriding in the underworld. And, hey, 6 new weapons to ignore! Just gimme my stake-launcher and point me at the nearest crowd of zombies, thanks very much.
