Xbox live has been released in South Africa!?!?! Is this true and if so how do I change my account?

No, it's not been released locally yet - however, I think the wiki listed it erroneously because 'South Africa' is a selectable region when you sign up, but we don't have the Live Service physically - the selection on the signup page is just a Region reference, like listing where you live.

Microsoft SA have no info yet on when Live will officially launch locally, but it will launch, according to them.
