Last night I had a dream...

[Q-Man]

....and it is quite possibly the best dream I have ever had to date. I call it Resident Evil meets Jurassic park meets GTA.

As with all dreams, details are relatively sketchy, however, this dream took place in some coastal town; there were streets and shops, and lots of people, but also quite a few wide-open spaces. More specifically, a open space that had a road on the one side like so:

Yes, I remember how it looked in quite some detail :P

In any case, in front of another building was a transparent dome-thing (X on the map), only big enough to fit perhaps 2 people in it. It was already dusk, and I assume that the zombies had already broken out. So like a little wuss, I crawled into this dome thing, and told this other girl I was with to do the same - she didn't of course.

Then one of those awesome moments happened, the ones from the movies where everyone hears something, stops what they're doing, and the camera focuses in the direction of the sounds and you see what it is that's coming towards you. Well in this case it was a ZOMBIE HORSE coming down the road. The thing tears through a crowd of people in the space next to the dome, and it pins one guy down and chows his neck -*I'm seeing all of this*.

So as the horse runs off into the town to kill more people, I get my white ass out of the dome (because I feel vulnerable I suppose haha) and start legging it. But then the greatest thing in all dream history happens.

There's a thud. There's another thud. I look in the direction of the thudding noises. Ladies and gentlemen; I present to you, A ****ING ZOMBIE T-REX. I mean, T-Rexes are mean mofos as they are, but this is a mutated ZOMBIE T-REX, I mean, how BADASS is that? A crowd of like 100 people started shooting at it. STOMP, squashes them all (the thing was HUGE).

The next thing I know, I'm at a parkade, pulling some lady out of her really really nice and really really fast car (GTA-style), ramping off of some or other strategically placed ramp thing, and making off into the sunrise.

That's where it ended.

Anyway, I just thought it was too awesome not to share, so yeah, if you've ever had a really awesome dream, share it here. :D

The new Jurassic Park's (no. 4) plot line goes something along the line of "The government is now using dinosaurs as weapons. Now they're dinosaurs... with guns!"

So now I'm thinking zombie dinosaurs with guns.

The umbrella corp, funds a certain Dr.'s dream of creating a dinosaur park...with their own agendas of course. So the poor Dr's dream goes bad, but the technology has been created. In an attempt to control these monsters they experiment with combining certain "enhancements". Naturally it all goes bad. And you (a navy special opps expert on your holiday with "soon to be dead" girlfriend), must survive with little or no bullets and a T-rex on your tail.

If you succeed in keeping your girlfriend alive through out the game, you get bonus material in the end of the game.

At first I thought I was reading someone's shroom trip. =/ Sounds like and awesome dream, kinda jealous. I either have epic lucid dreams or I can't recall it at all. Yes, contradictory seeing as lucid dreaming goes hand in hand with dream recall but there you go.

usually I only recall a small point of a dream.. last nights case was when I was "In" World od Warcraft teaching a felllow "door?" how to play.... and then some night elf ninja's came and kicked him over.... the door responded at the timber yard grave thing... and then It skipped to next part of dream witch is the part that In can't remember.... and then I woke up... the end.

Well technically i barely ever rember my dreams to the point where i just say i dont dream.

but the real Fact is i Live my life as a dream always day dreaming in class day dreaming at home etc. all i need now is to harness that skill into sleeping.

Imagine seeing a movie or playing the game where the first 5 minutes of the movie/game its a Huge Space battle with narrative from some old guy but all you see is the two armys beating the hell of each other ship to ship and all that. On top of that the cool looking guys are loosing and it sounds from the narrative thats the team your supporting (which you are)
But they are the aliens and the Human Race is actually the villans for once who in the end are thrown into uter choas *see where that could go*

I had a very weird dream a few nights ago. We were in old runes somewhere in the jungle in a cave. (Typical Indiana Jones style, lots of skeletons hanging from vines and so on), mixed in with a little bit of Diablo... the part in the desert where you have to bring back the sun in the maggot lair.

Anyways, so we're being chased by some gigantic bugs, and we enter this one cave section, and surprise surprise, there is "the boss" bug.(he looked a lot like Raziel's brother).

But you have to complete some sort of a puzzle/ chess game to get close enough to kill the slimey bastard. Naturally there's a time limit, because the cave is filling with sand! And right in the middle of it all, I start making out with this really beautiful Chinese girl. The kissing was great, but WHY?! I guess I was so freaked out, that I woke up... weird hehe

No really. I'm kinda amazed you guys remember your dreams so well, I have dreams almost EVERY SINGL NIGHT but I can't remember jack. For instance I remember small instances like...a school class underwater or me being naked in a run-down school on a grey day with school kids sitting in groups of 3 or 4 on the cemented playground.
Well, I had a dream last night too, but...I'd...rather...keep it to myself...*shame*
Let's just say this morning I really felt like showering.

Dream recall takes time, practice and most of all dedication. It's quite worth it for anyone that's even semi-spiritual or just somewhat intrigued, and it can lead to lucid dreaming which is awesome.

Get a notepad and a pen and start making it a habit of writing dream's down when you wake up. This means writing them down even if you snap awake during the middle of the night as well btw. Usually this will just improve dream recall, but if you're interested in lucid dreaming start with the "dream signal" method.

Alternatively, get your hands on Calea zacatechichi. It's a herb used by the chontal Indians that leads to very vivid dreams and being able to recall them like nothing. I tried it a few times, really worth going through the ****ty taste. It's legal and harmless as well so don't hit me with that brainwashed drugsomg **** they fed you in school.

EDIT:

For those wondering, the first time I used Calea I had a vivid dream experience that lasted a week. I wrote the entire experience down if anyone's interested, but I'll say this - Being able to recall names, faces, locations and even personality traits from people and things you experienced in a dream is something else. Then again, it doesn't feel like a dream when you're in it - It's just a very vivid and surreal experience. And yes, when I say a week I mean it as seven full days. Calea possesses similar time perception altering qualities of something like Salvia.

Check your local herbalist. Boil it up in tea form, add milk, sugar and honey if you got it. It's really bitter, not disgusting, but bitter.

Well worth it though.

Hmm, cool. I've always had trouble recalling my dreams, even at the exact instant I wake up, I can't remember a damn thing (most of the time, I get snippets every now and then, at best).
