Well you tube is a place to waste cap. If you wanna download utilities/free antivirus/free anti spyware there's www.download.com

or you could always DL your favourite version of linux.

i have the same problem although i don't pay for my DSL (thanks his respective employer) it's always a mission trying to use up the last bit of cap before its reset.

But I'm generally careful during the month as I have gone over once or twice and had to fork out extra dosh for more bandwidth.

If you do it now-on a 4meg line you will be finished by dinner-It's that slow.
The worst bit is I was downloading it and it got to 99% and failed so I had to start again.
