I have taken 10 movies(which was difficult cause they all are gr8) from the Wired SCI-FI Top 20 list to create a poll, Miktar is always telling us that Bladerunner is the best sci-fi movie ever made and Wired agrees but what do you think

I think Independence Day should be there, and Aliens should replace Alien, it is not that good.

Recently I watched the planet of the apes remake.
Does anyone know if the other two movies will also get remade?
The way the movie ended really makes me want the other two movies, but remade aswell.
I agree independence day should be there as well as dune

The orginal trilogy did well, the remake not so good doubt if they will carry on with the other 2

I agree with the critic who said that it's the equivalent of having "U.S.A." barked in your face for two hours!
Having said that, it was an enjoyable movie. But not decent sci-fi.

Tron FTW - no doubt there. It was a solid decade before its time - poor little fella. And Blade Runner just rocks more socks than a movie that slow should be allowed to rock, but any film that manage to ooze that much class deserves to get away with anything.

I would've had Citizen Kane, Equilibrium or Event Horizon on the list
I see 2001... but I don't see 2010... come on... that must have been a great sci-fi movie
