You don't really follow through on your thinking, do you? SC3 has tons more weapons, arenas, new characters and etc.

They're not focusing so much on breasts, I was simply drawing attention to what they've done with the breasts this time around. I think you just fell for most blatant logical fallacy known to man, but I won't rub salt in your wounds.

Not really first. Dead or Alive was one of the earliest games to have significant physics applied to the breasts, and it predates Bloodlines by a good, what, 8 years almost?

Maybe it's just me - but probably because the gaming demographic the game is aimed at happens to like boobies, y'know. It sounds like you're not that kind of guy, which is just fine - but I think you'll be nailed to a cross if you even suggest that games should tone down their sex appeal.

The boob physics in DOA1 - 4 and SC1 - 4 are all real-time.

I agree, unfortunately sex and scantily clad women in games sell - otherwise we would not have games like DoA Beach Volleyball... and I am sure as hell that people don't wanna spend drawing time rendering male anatomy >_< [Egh, please ignore that comment]... in fact if I remember, Starbreeze Studios wanted to create more 'realistic' mutants in Chronicles of Riddick - but their American publishers refused...

But as Miktar said, the gameplay of Soul Calibur has always been solid. (and DOA and some say RR too)
I can barely wait for SC4! Initial screenshots look a bit weird and some of the characters have been changed, not really for the better but that's all irrelevant. Nothing beats the look and sound of a just impact - that "ping-swoosh" sound, the bright purply-pink flash of light, that split second of OMG then... failing to take advantage of the opening. Ah, I'm probably sounding strange now.

Console only. No single Soul Calibur has ever been ported to PC, and I doubt they ever will.
