I thought I'll add this one just for fun. From Anandtech (http://www.anandtech.com/weblog/showpost.aspx?i=578).
World's Fastest Notebook
If that laptop looks familiar, you might recognize it as the descendent of the Clevo D901C that we first looked at in August 2008. While the exterior looks about the same, the inside has received some notable upgrades. In place of desktop Core 2 Duo/Quad processors, the new D900F will support Core i7 desktop processors, up to and including the Core i7 965. That means in addition to a quad-core processor -- able to run eight threads courtesy of with Hyper-Threading -- you also get triple-channel DDR3 memory support via three SO-DIMM slots capable of supporting up to 12GB of DDR3-1333 memory. In addition, graphics have been upgraded to support the latest mobile NVIDIA GPUs, including dual GTX 280M cards in SLI.
Other areas remain essentially unchanged from the D901C. Three 2.5" hard drives are still supported, along with RAID 0/1/5, allowing up to 1.5 TB of storage with the latest laptop hard drives. Sadly, the keyboard also remains unchanged, which means you get perhaps the most unintuitive 10-key layout we've ever used. Clevo seriously needs to rethink the keyboard design -- Dell's XPS M1730 layout would be a good place to start.

Asus shows off its Lamborghini
http://www.fudzilla.com/images/stories/Logos/asus.gif
The top-notch notebook
Asus has showcased its Lamborghini car as well as its Lamborghini VX5 notebook. Since we are sure that the car is Asus' just for the show, he notebook stole some of our attention.
The new Asus Lamborghini VX5 nootebook is based on Intel?s PM45+ICH9m chipset, Intel?s Core 2 Quad CPU, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, full HD 16-inch screen, Nvidia?s Geforce GT 130M with 1GB of GDDR3 memory, up to 1TB of hard drive space and all of this under Windows Vista Ultimate.
The design looks great and the keyboard automatically lights up in dark conditions, which is a nice touch. The new VX5 notebook will also feature some sort of overclocking capabilities with, what Asus calls, twinturbo mode with speed key. The leather wrist rest is also a nice touch but we wouldn?t expect nothing less from Asus? Lamborghini series.
The new Asus VX5 will be available in either black or white color, it measures 394 x 274 x 48mm and weighs 3.3kg with a 6-cell battery. This is of course a high end notebook which has a Lamborghini sign on it so the price will probably go around €2500-3000 depending on the configuration.

Naked pictures of ASUS Radeon HD 4890, 1000MHz with ease
http://www.nordichardware.com/image3.php?id=7164
Radeon HD 4890 is just weeks from taking over the shelves and all major graphics card manufacturers are currently tweaking their versions of AMD's latest graphics circuit. Those who have been following our reports on Radeon HD 4890 (RV790) are aware of the minor updates it brings over the current Radeon HD 4870 graphics card. But just because the reference cards are similar the retail products don't have to be that similar. We have been handed some exclusive information on ASUS' coming Radeon HD 4890 cards that really shows that overclocking is a big part of it.
Radeon HD 4890 is more or less an overclocked Radeon HD 4870 graphics card, but even if AMD has specified the clock frequency to already high 850MHz it is nothing compared to what we can expect from overclockers, especially with ASUS' card.
According to an anonymous source, ASUS has continued down AMD's path with overclocking when it developed its Radeon HD 4890 and it has been designed from the base and up to allow us consumers to push the cards to new heights.
ASUS has most importantly revised the power circuitry and simply installed a more powerful solution that can handle higher voltages and clock frequencies than the reference design. To be able to use the more powerful power circuitry, ASUS will allow users to change the voltage through software, which means that the card is ready to play from factory.

With little alteration of the operating voltage ASUS Radeon HD 4890 will be capable of reaching 1000MHz GPU frequency, which is anything but poor. That Radeon HD 4890 will be a good overclocker overall is no secret, but ASUS has really outdone itself to make its version stand out. The memory department seems to be unchanged, but it is very much possible that the more powerful power circuitry will have a positive effect here as well.
Our source also revealed that we will see factory overclocked Radeon HD 4890 cards with GPU clock frequencies beyond 900MHz, but whether it was talking about the renowned "Extreme" edition of HD 4890 was not made clear. We hope to offer more information and pictures very soon.

Intel plans a new Pentium with FSB1066
http://www.fudzilla.com/images/stories/Logos/pentdc.gif
And 2MB L2 cache
Intel plans to introduce a new CPU, which is a blend between E5x00 and E6x00 generations and this Pentium dual core CPU will be branded as E6300. This new CPU will run at 2.8GHz, which is 100MHz faster than the E5400 and has the same clock speed as E7400.
The new thing with Pentium dual-core E6300 is that this CPU has 1066MHz FSB which is a feature of the E7x00 generation and it still has 2MB of L2 cache, which is a feature of the E5x00 generation.
This dual-core is based on 45nm Wolfdale core and it has a TDP of 65W. We expect this CPU to sell between €80 and €100 and it should launch in Q2 2009.

So wait it's the same name as my C2D E6300 but it's really a hybrid pentium? That'll confuse the hell out of a few end user noobs.

Definitely hoax.
Yep. Have a look at the making of: http://stepanprokop.cgsociety.org/gallery/. Just gives you an idea of how realistically looking you can make fake 'spy' pictures.

Puttsmeister, the quality of your posts is worrying, to say the least. Just chill out, take your time when posting and occasionally think about the words you're typing - it'll save you a lot of trouble when you're actually trying to be taken seriously one day.
This is a news thread. News threads commonly contain images (and well they should) to accompany the articles. Putting a 56k warning in place should be unnecessary.
