Does anyone know where i can buy competitive gaming tickets for Rage 2009
Last year they asked us for competitive gaming tickets when we entered,and i only know about the local lan,apparently there are competitions"competitive gaming"

Please let us know if there is tickets and where to purchase tickets

Telkom normally provides your "competitive gaming" tickets to entered teams but they no different than buying your own ticket

The threads for various comps held at rAge will most likely be posted up as we draw nearer to the event(from past exp), as the organizers are still finalizing things.

Am hoping to get my ticket around 10-11am that Saturday. :P

I feel the same...sure the LAN may be fun but as an Expo it felt very "low key" - sorry but I just don't think R50 is worth it :p

Ok then you really suck at math, think for a sec of the amount of free mags, stuff, etc you get well over R100.

Ya, my leave has been approved for the 1-2 October, not going to make the same mistake as last year and ask a week ahead of RAGE.

So now just need to find out about the final decisions on RAGE..

Yes, I think a FAQ section will be created soon to answer most questions here. But it is funny to see the same questions repeated every year.

But then we have had the privilege to see it happen for the last 6 years :-), and I still go back every year, just shows you the quality of the event :)

i know this is 14 pages later (and still coming up), but does anyone know if there r red plugs available that can fit screens (got an lcd that runs from the plug, and has a different power connection to the psu)?

Uhm, don't know if your power connector to your screen is the same as mine. It looks like a laptops power connector, with 3 smaller cylindrical (sory for spelling)?

IF so, then ya. My local Matrix shop ordered them for me. If you don't mind waiting a week, they can even get you 1 plug with a normal connector and that connector on one plug.. Its like some1 knew I will be wanting one of those.. ^_^

uhm not sure, as the normal red plug(one i got and most people got) is a splitter with 2 standard 3 pin power ends

I think NAG, should make "The Red Plug Thread" that way, if someone ask's we can link them to this thread, which can have pictures, link's to shops with read plugs and everything about plugs, if that thread existed now there would prob only be like 5 pages here!
