So sorry. I noticed how stupid that was now. But come on. Everybody has those moments.
But you must admit that PC Format is being a bit Biased by saying "Consoles are for console kiddies". That is my biggest gripe with gaming.

@Stalker 103: The magazine is called PC Format. PC Format. Judging by the title (which is usually a good thing to judge a magazine by) you shouldn't expect to find too much on consoles in it. It's like reading Playstation Magazine and getting offended because they don't review Xbox games...

I could write a giant post, but.

All I have to do is point my finger to Twillight (SA War3 server mainly used for DotA) and say THAT!

Twilight is actually turning pretty lame nowadays. All you see in chat is "host dota" or "DOTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and then they flood the chat window with dota... I mean come ON! SRSLY? Grow up and try something else, oh wait we cant, 1.24 screwed up almost all the other maps out there! I tell these people straight up that I will not host a dota for them because the dota community, to be honest, stinks. I'm going to be honest and say that I suck at dota, and nobody is willing to help me get better, they all say "lol noob f*** off!" which is why I stopped playing it altogether.

Back to topic: I can't stand noobs, which basically includes being a sore loser, not trying games out of their comfort zones, and most of the stuff already said. I was at at lan on saturday playing cod 4 and there was this guy who kept getting killed, and then I snuck up behind him and knifed him. He then lost his head and screamed that the entire server was cheating and that punkbuster should have been on (it was off because some people were having issues with it not starting properly). We all lol'd so hard watching him leave. Those people annoy the hell out of me, grow up and suck it up, we all suck at something!

One last thing: people who "rock" at cod:waw and love the game but hate cod4 (purely because they aren't very good at it IMO) **** me off. I've got a friend like that, whenever we play cod4 he loads up WoW, but he's the first to host a game of WaW. WTF?

I havent really played Xbox live with anybody in s.a, (due to not knowing any xbox live S.A gamers until now) but the international's, especially europe, i hate the French they suck, they rude, and if i Lag a lil they FILE a report on Live, and then i get a very HARSH e mail from MS (PUNKS), and also when they speak on XBOX live, and they all gang up especially if your a noob! but i mean, we were all NOOBS at 1 stage!

I've sort of had that one too, except for one thing. Have you ever heard the way those annoying 12 year old n00bs sound? They are always so hyped up and immature and sayng things like "oohh, I have recon! you don't! haha!" and all that bull****. Can't we all gamers just get along and just frickin' play?

Ok i don't mean to sound like an ass at all mate, just thought of pointing out that a 12 year old is always immature, they are still kids, they don't know anything better and it's one of those things i can handle because i know, when they reach a certain age they going to get the flak as well, it's the circle of gaming :P

back on topic i think i only have one thing that annoys me about "gamers", and that is them taking games way too seriously offline and online. In a way i believe it's the developers fault for making such serious and intense story based games, allowing people to split themselves into these separate factions of "what sort of gamer are you" and the age of "wow you play games to have fun" era is kind of over.
