Anyone here good with Wordpress themes?

Basically, I have a design, but now I need to make it a Wordpress template for use on the new NAG website (the design mirrors this forum's design). I can do it myself, but it's going to take me far longer than it would someone who is familiar with doing Wordpress templates.

It's not a complex design, and I know it shouldn't take too long... anyone feel like helping out?

Basically, I have a design laid out in Photoshop, which needs to be sliced up for use in a theme, with all the WP tags put in the right place to display the content where needed. Think you can help?
