It's more for Steam authentification than anything else bud (finally easier to play TF2 and L4D2). It's not like it'll be fast enough to game on US/EU servers, so chill. But if you think it will be a problem, there are MANY MANY people who will take your ticket off your hands.

The name on the ticket just represents who actually paid for the ticket according to Computicket's computer system, so you should be fine.

So we had a discussion on the internet for rAge. It will only be used for authentication of games. Browsing of sites will be limited to sponsors websites (think Intel, HP, NAG). No gaming as such will be made available online. So you won't be able to join a SAIXs game. You won't be able to update your windows or antivirus. Just in case somebody wonders why, because if your machine was updated before the event, it should be good for three days. If not, we do not want to utilize the bandwidth for updating 2000+ machines.

We are busy negotiating the hosting of formal comps at the LAN. There are two threads regarding servers and comps. The rest will follow.

I have not yet had an official answer regarding the parking pass. I have to assume that your ticket to rAge will be your ticket for parking. Will confirm this as soon as I get an answer, but the alternatives are few and complicated.
For those wondering Telkom Do Gaming were not able to secure tickets in time and as such, if you do not have a ticket Telkom won't be handing out freebies like last year.

If there are still some oversights with things not answered, just pm me with the link and question and will take care of it.
