How much data must you share on DC++ to gain access to the network at rAge? I remember someone said 50GB somewhere on the forums.
Because I've just hashed and shared everything I think someone else would want, and I'm still only at 30GB.
If I have to I'll share my 40GB Steam folder...
Tankiouse: Sorry completely forgot about it, online is to get experience.
Well Pixie on the DC++ the people tend to give slots to people who share with them. But if you want I will allow you to get stuff of my pc to enlargen your shares. We are talking about all the legal freeware and Linux Distros :D.
This is the first time I'll be using DC++, don't really know anything about it.
So is it really necessary for rAge?
Only if you want to copy stuff and buy that I mean legitimate open source software and linux distros
Going to use the same rig I've had for the last 5 years... Nothing special: Core2Duo 2.13Ghz, 4GB DDR2, 8800GTS 320MB on my old 19" LCD and the same case I've had for 8 years (Man thats sad LoL)... Aiming to upgrade my rig next year. This will be my first NAG Lan though, so I'm very excited so see you all there.
Any recommendations on what games will be popular and which I should try and have installed for the event?
