Our once-noble Mayor has made no effort to bring peace and order among the citizens, and has passed rash judgement on all accords. If this is not a sign of guilt, then I am not a child of Nagia.
Geometrix, death to thee, heathen!
It is interesting to note that both Echo and CyNiKiLL have been rather scarce in here today, although I have seen them running about outside. Clearly disinterested in our plight. In fact, Echo only came in here to cast an early vote - clearly signs of a stealth killer.
Even stealth posting this man... I'd be worried, very worried.
There is nothing random about it, my fellow countryman. All accused have shown something either sinister or crooked in their ways, but your agrument regarding a lynch is not based upon the evidence at hand, but rather on the bloodlust you have against the governing body.
If it is indeed Echo, I'm sure we'll hear from him again...
Also, if handing out blame is to befall those who are absent, many in this village will be guilty of crime. Still, I am in agreement to hear the rest of the evidencial material and/or proof before I am to cast my next vote.
I will now retire for the afternoon, there are chores to be done, but I will return at a later time. I believe the cleric Cleric will keep the way to the church open so all may enter and witness the progress?
I am leaning towards sending our mayor to the gallows, if not for murder, then for this horrid recession he has gotten us into. Those who are able to be elected as leader should under no circumstances be allowed to do so.
I am still unsure of this Sir Panicore fellow, what kind of person adds Sir to their own name? Is he somehow above us?
I disagree. Having an affair with the deceased brother's wife gives him a motive to have the brother in question slaughtered, like a disobedient (yet tasty) chicken, courtesy of Sir Panicore's deli.
It is however possible that Mayor Geometrix simply ordered the deed, seeing as he is in a position of power. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of him being a member of one of the cults out of the question either. Something to ponder...
All this talking about cats in hoods are making me question you guys.
What of the silent ones? I tried to implore that the detective be allowed to do his job yet a few too many people are quick to the knife. Yet with all of this commotion our beloved detective has not stepped forward with any further information including his own identity. Is this because his findings have brought to light a far more sinister plot and his fear is leading the way? Or is it that the mayor, Geometrix, is using all resources to clear his name?
I cannot put forth a vote under this hearsay, unless the silver-tongued beguiler, Grimnebulin has perhaps spun a web too close to his true desires of being the one and only chicken seller. In which case what other intentions would he pursue after this?
I also find it all too convenient that our own night watchman, under the employ of the state, has both accused the mayor and proven the mayor's innocence as if he was in bed with the deceased's wife, how could he kill the deceased? Also Mr. pArkEr the identity of the deceased is still unknown, what have you say? By both patrolling at night and being quite deceptive early on I would hazard to guess that pArkEr has a hidden agenda of murder behind him.
I have but one question for you: why would I need Milf's elixir if my passion, as you so eloquently put it, for pArkEr is rivaled only by the heat of the sun? The answer to that question is a confession. Not of murder, but of disillusionment. I hate my wife, you see. I loathe the very sensation of her presence. But I remain bound to my vows of marriage, and therefore to also bound (literally) to the marriage bed.
I am ashamed, yes, but my friendship with parkEr is purely platonic. (isn't that right my little parky pie?)

Gentleman! I have returned from my business away and am most horrified to hear of these heinous acts that have been committed. In the many years I have lived in this peaceful town, I have never seen villainy this foul/fowl! And we fight among ourselves like this? We are no better than the villain! Why do we not wait for the investigator to make himself known and solve this mystery?
I have yet to seen any evidence of wrongdoing from anyone other than Sir PaniCore. Lest the investigator steps up to the plate, I fear we have no choice but to send him to the gallows!
Being the nightwatchman, I am usually one of the first to hear of the latest events occurring in and around the village. When I heard the rumours of our brother's death, I was, quite simply, devastated. My implication of the mayor is based on the fact that I knew the woman that was making the sneaky-sneaky, and it corresponded with the rumours of the identity of the deceased man.
Show my fellow villagers no grace, no appreciation for the labour I have devoted to the upkeep of this fine village?!
At least my dear friend Grimmy recognizes what is true, and true my word is.
I cast my vote thus: Geometrix
