Death to the town drunk, Sir PaniCore!
The town doctor, with medical profession has spoken his report of the deceased.
Death to the town drunk, Sir PaniCore!
Aye, I saw brother Chainsaw this afternoon. He headed straight for the tavern, must have been thirsty after a long trip I presume..
This Man is a Blatant Liar as he states that there were Numerous wounds on the Victim and that they were of terrible accuracy when the Detective clearly stated:
The Throat was cleanly slit, Cleanly. Obviously not the work of a Drunk and the Initial report only stated of one ritualistic wound where This apparent "Doctor" Describes the more than a single wound and describes it such as a bar fight. Demikid is obviously hiding something by coming out with such contradictry and obviously falsified evidence. The body was found in an artificial clearing that had been adorned with a number of standing stones. The man was bound and had his throat cleanly slit. Preliminary investigations suggested that he had bled to death where he lay, on a large flat stone that stood in the middle of the clearing.
I deny not that I was in town last night. I left early this morning and saw no person on my way out. When I returned this afternoon I was informed of the happenings last night and I began puzzling things out for myself.
That I was. It is there I gained my knowledge of happenings past.Aye, I saw brother Chainsaw this afternoon. He headed straight for the tavern, must have been thirsty after a long trip I presume..
Why do people still accuse Sir PaniCore of being involved in this crime?
The only reason why he was suspected is because of his "Evil Chickens", which was clearly an accusation born of jealousy with no true evidence. And even if his chickens are possessed by other worldly creatures it doesn't make him guilty of anything!
These accusations toward him are clearly done so to mislead the good town's folk of Nagia and avert your thoughts from the true evil!
I urge you all to look toward the Mayor, Sir PaniCores competition in the chicken business, the Church and the health industry. Clearly they are all working together to incriminate an innocent man! With evidence based on what? A badly chosen name? "evil" chickens? Enjoying a drink once in a while? This is madness!!!
You surely can't let the truly dangerous people run amok while we eliminate each other?!?
Brothers, sisters, calm yourselves. This is what the evil that murks amongst us desires. There is clearly something greater at play here, but a clear mind is needed. Let those who have held tongue have a chance to voice, and then let us pray for guidance.
pArkEr you will receive my vote.
I know my vote will not be enough to get you to the gallows, but by all that is holy I would rather cast my vote at you than see two innocent men hung.
Also as was said it was a clean cut, this means the person knew how to use a weapon. And you sir, as our 'nightwatchman' and 'peacekeeper' are a master of weapons are you not?
18 votes counted. 1 hour remains.
Sir PaniCore leads with 8.
I can vouch for the kind sir. He was indeed at my tavern, Cahoots, Boots and Fruits making a fool of himself in front of many a lady. But I have already giving my vote to the 'scon so I will refrain from any further bumbling. I will add though that as much as I adore our cleric Cleric, my ole pappy always said a man who doesn't drink is a man who can't be trusted. Just look at him trying to calm everyone down.
and has this is detective ever had any formal training in this regard in fact I don't remember the detective publishing his findings at all! You accuse me of falsified evidence when you yourself have published none other than your own untrue information! This detective I also find fault in, not only was he late to arrive but he came to the scene in a manner unfitting of his position. His clothes in rags and whiskey on his breath. I don't believe this man was a detective at all but rather a friend of Sir Panicore come to protect him. If the true detective could come forth and reveal himself to confirm this or if my suspicions are wrong then kindly resign as I do not wish a drunkard to be on our police force
Oh dear... By all that is holy, are they insinuating that someone that I have most possibly been in contact with be responsible for this terrible deed? Be he in fact a doctor, the list of suspect can only be short, for this hamlet of ours harbors very little with medical experience. It could also be a simple hunter, who, with his razor sharp knife, slit the throat of the victim in a single, powerful cut. This requires further investigating!
Repline, I ask thee, what possible reason could I have for such a monstrous deed? What would my motivation be to murder an innocent man, leaving a widow to mourn his death (albeit an unfaithful one).
I think it would be fair to ask you, yes YOU, of your actions of the previous night. What use are you to this town, other than one eager to fling out accusations?
I humblz request that the detective make himself known, so that progress be made in this investigation.
After reading through this heated argument between our Mayor, Geometrix, and Sir PaniCore, I must say that Sir PaniCore's claimes of corruption against our mayor have disturbed me greatly.
Does Geometrix not have the most to gain out of getting rid of any enemies he has made in the past?
Therefore, my vote goes against our once honourable mayor: Geometrix
Of course, even a child can tell the difference between one and many if they had looked but the detective seemed to wish to stay away from the body such as a little girl would, if he had indeed looked at the body up close he would have seen the all the blood stains in the mans back and thus known even without a closer examination that the man had suffered many wounds. I will not deny that his throat was slit but not cleanly upon looking I found that it was not as clean a cut as it appeared but was actually slightly curvy in nature and contained small specks of brown which I would say is most likely rust
