Found this on twitter and was really intrigued by it. Food lovers, what do you think about this? Is this doable? Will this actually improve my overall health and stuff? Isn't this going to cost an arm and a leg?
I've been wondering lately if I can form an almost perfectly healthy diet within budget (That still tastes good and would be easy to make) and would like some feedback from people that eat proper. I also wanted to break this from the other exercise and diet thread because this has nothing to do with supplement and ****.
