Scott's Batman[52] is awesome, after the first issue I was hooked. Batman will always be one of my favorite heros... Buying the rest now from Comixology.

Starting to read Suicide Squad, hope I like it caus all my friends said it's awesome.
Comixology is having a sale on Garth Ennis. The Boys and Jennifer Blood for $0.99 each.
The Boys is pretty cool, very violent.
[EDIT] Read the first 2 issues of The Boys and I must say I'm enjoying it a lot. Awesome humor... A must read for everyone.

Head up this weeks issue of Swamp Thing was amazing. Scott Snyder keeps on weaving a brilliant story with Yanick Paquette giving life to every single page.
In this weeks issue the following happened:
In this issue Swamp think fights Abbey the Queen of Rot and manages to saver her from the Rot. Abby is transformed once again duriong her rescue and seems to be the new Black Orchid. She ends up fighting Seth and defeating him. The issue ends with the Rot resurrecting one of swampy's old rivals. They Swamp Thing and Abby hugging panel also is a nice tribute to the cover of Swamp Thing 34

I'd like someone to please recommend me an awesome Spider-Man comic/graphic novel. Basically all I'm looking for in it is cool art and a gripping story.
Thanks in advance . . .
How about The Amazing Spider-Man - Spider Island, artwork is great and the story ain't half bad either
Thanks man, will check it out. :)
Just read Arkham Unhinged #30, with out a doubt, the best issue from the whole miniseries.
If you want something lighter in the X-men genre. I would recommend Wolverine and the X-men. The comic does not take it self to seriously which is really awesome.
Wolverine being the headmaster of the The Jean Grey School for Higher Learning with some of the other X-men being teachers there.

Just read AvX #3 and so far it's going cool. I love the story and interaction between characters. However, the artwork really bothers me. So much amazing characters and it's as if the artists didn't give a sh*t while drawing them in a totally rushed way.
Rushed?
I don't think you've seen actual rushed work before...

Did you draw that comic strip?
Fine, ''rushed'' on Marvel's standards to be specific.
That's meant for a professional publication. The creator's work is generally as such, when he's not being a lazy arse.
edit: I've suddenly realized, does manga qualify? I mean, technically, it does, but does it in regards to the spirit of the thread?
Ya, maybe that's the case. Marvel had so much time to prepare AvX, it's shocking they chose Romita, maybe he should stick to Japanesy comics. :(
