Trying to get a hold of CoH and expansions

I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this, but what the hell.

Here's my problem. Me and some friends love playing Company of Heroes LAN. Now, I have all I need in regards to CoH and it's expansions, but my buddies do not. In fact they don't have anything in that regard so all they play with is vanilla CoH, cracked. Anything more than that doesn't work on LAN which means when I join them I'm also forced to just play vanilla CoH. This is getting boring and we've desperately been looking for some proper copies of this game. No luck though, because we're all cursed with living in namibia. Even trying to get a shop here to order it from SA is impossible. Believe me, we've asked.

I've found the anthology on takealot.com (though they have to order it from the UK) but apparently they don't deliver digital goods internationally - so I'm screwed again. Kalahari.net doesn't even have the anthology and they don't have any options for ordering from the US or UK.

Is there any way to get a hold of this without jumping through a dozen hoops? Heck, even if it's just half a dozen hoops I'd gladly make the effort if it means getting hold of 3 copies of CoH and it's expansions. Can anyone help me out? Any suggestions or ideas? Good samaritans?

Thanks for the replies peeps. But Obi is the friggin' winner. Steam isn't an option because credit card is a no go. This is perfect.

You don't need a Credit Card? I use my Cheque Card to buy games on Steam with Paypal and so far as I know you can use a Debit Card with Paypal also now.

Yes, if your cheque card has the Visa logo on it, then you can use it for purchases in Steam.
