    Just to give everyone a status update: I've got the server currently set to 25 players but will be upping it to 50 tomorrow morning. Looking at the stats it's pretty likely that it can handle the load. I'll also increase the difficulty to veteran unless there's any major objections to that. There's a ping limit currently set to 200, which, after looking at some locals with rather high pings, I'll increase to 250 tomorrow as well. It's really just to keep out the foreign players. This is for us, after all.

    Any feedback or suggestions can go in this thread right here or directly to me at gameservers@nag.co.za. If he's happy with it, I think Zoop is our in-game admin who can take care of anything if you find him in the game and need any problems immediately addressed.

    I'm fine with that. I'm not sure how active I'll be with exams coming up, but I should be able to be on at least one or two hours a day for the foreseeable future.

    Nothing to add here, I just want to say that Zoop, you are a freaking boss for figuring that **** out and getting the server up and running. Hope the feeling of satisfaction when you got it to work was worth the effort.

    Hopefully I'll be joining you guys once the exams are over, because this game looks like the balls.

    Well, it wasn't all that hard. I had all the information, just had to sort it into the right order to get it set up. A big thanks should also go out to Geo for doing the actual work and also for letting us use the server. It really is a 100 times more fun playing this on a local server with low pings.

    Had SO much fun playing on this server last night! Jas, I'm looking forward to playing tonight again.
    Definitely vet settings to make it all the more realistic. The ingame voip is a bit borked atm, but when it is working the direct communication voip method is going to be the best way of communicating for that added realism.

    It was great tagging along with a few of you here last night, thanks for the local server guys!

    Hmm, the real-time clock is why out of sync, it seems. It's pitch-black night on the server currently. :P

    Hopefully it remains out of sync, since I can only play in the evenings. :D

    Seriously though, thanks guys for all the effort getting this sorted out. I look forward to playing on the server with you guys, despite having to leave yesterday just as the thing went up.

    I saw this last week and was seriously intrigued. Pay day on Friday, will see what I can do to get in on this.
