Most exciting things in new update is the hatchet for chopping wood in forest! and the female skin! I love that you can only change it once.

All the internationals are scurrying to see what it's all about, and they're ruining the server. Spawn-camping, server-jumping, turning Cherno and Elektro into Call of Duty.

Out of interest, when I connect to the game, I get an error message saying: CBA_main missing
It doesn't seem to cause any issue though, seeing that I've played a few hours and not had any issues, so it doesn't seem to be of much of a problem, just don't like seeing errors, would be nice to fix that

I don't think you really can fix that. Many people playing the mod get it. I also get it. No idea why, though.

What fun...waiting at the airfield...trying to fix our "uaz" then being rudely interrupted by a man and woman. They had big weapons and looked very scary. We got "scared" and had to take them out. :) Brotherhood of ZOM !

Also, people. Please adhere to the rules. I'm a player as much as you guys, but it's also my duty to keep order on the server. Today was possibly the busiest day the server has encountered yet, and it's the first time I've had to start actively policing the server due to people not adhering to the rules.

I do not like having to police people. I expect people to adhere to the rules and have good behaviour. I do not want to have to enforce it. This server is run as a favor for us by NAG. It is nobody's right to have a local DayZ server available to them.

Earlier today, a player actually mocked me after I had to warn another player for transgressing the rules, multiple times. Needless to say, it put me in an absolutely foul mood. Between me and Geometrix, we've probably spent close to around 15 hours getting the server up and running, tweaking it, maintaining it, ensuring it stays running, looking up fixes all over the internet to get past certain errors, etc. Right now, I'm sitting scratching my head over why the server monitor doesn't want to work properly, so that if I'm not home you guys can continue playing if the server crashes. 15 hours might not seem like much to you, but it's time now lost to us.

Both of us do it of our own free will, not because we are obligated to do so. If you want to repay this by having a bad attitude, don't be surprised if your attitude rewards you with a kick in the face. It's really not nice doing something like this for people just to have them throw it back into your face.

I don't expect you to throw around praise like crazed heretics, but at least show enough respect for us not to give us **** for no reason, and heed the rules set out for the server. None of them are draconian, and they're only there to ensure that everyone has a good time.

Do you have the .bisign file for each .pbo file inside the addon folder?

You will need to ensure that you copy the latest version across.

A better option is to use the "Six Launcher" that comes with Six Updater

It checks that you are up-to-date with the server you are connecting to, updates if necessary and connects directly.

Thanks will need to go check. Updated with Armarize & Six updater, so maybe they did not copy the correct files across.

Has there been any talk about making the arma 2 beta patch compulsory on this server? It fixes direct voice chat which means that people can actually start to communicate. Any thoughts?

i used that POS updater yesterday for the 1.6 patch... it got to 98% on the last file after 4 HOURS!!! THEN DIED!!!! Ended up DLing the torrent files in 16 minutes... easiest, yes... fastest? no... reliable, not in my eyes :/
