I would have really excited for this, it tick's all the right boxes. Plus, it's Marvel! Only thing that's really putting me off is that it's a MMORPG. :(

This is going to require some serious suspension of disbelief, considering the huge gap between some of the heroes, power-wise. There's a part in the one vid where the Hulk is attacking some random thug in a very Diablo-esque sort of way, and the guy is taking hits, the way any monster in Diablo would, rather than, say, being squashed into a thin, red paste.

And there are boss fights? I see the Rhino is one of them. Watching the Hulk slowly chip away at the health of a nobody (in relative terms) like Rhino would just be laughable.

That's the reason I don't like these cross-over games. Dumbing down the Hulk (or Thor, since he's the only other hero featured so far anywhere CLOSE to the Hulk's level) to the point where he's competing with the likes of the Punisher (otherwise just a regular dude) on an equal footing, just seems silly.

It's a cool idea in theory, I just don't think there's any way to execute it without it seeming really, really dumb.

    We'll see.
