You clearly have never had my greek-style homemade lamb burgers.

In fact, pretty much any good homemade burger trumps a fast-food burger.

And that is what I dislike about HelloPeter... That we can't reply and tell the person that he is a moron.

They're also packed with bull**** and preservatives. It takes literally ten minutes to make your own patties, and at least you know what's in them.

I've never actually made my own patties, tbh. I'm a very lazy cook, so anyhting that takes more than 30 minutes of my time is usually not worth it to me, but I might just try some of the recipes in the New Age Grub thread. Couldn't take that long rolling all the ingredients together to make patties, could it?

Homemade flame-grilled, BBQ-basted patties! There's nothing like it, honestly.

Mix some chilli sauce (Blue Dragon stir-fry sauce is excellent) into the patty mix for a killer zing.

Don't get me wrong I love steers but nothing and I mean nothing beats my homemade patties.
I even make killer chicken burgers- in fact we had some tonight.

It is a really quick meal, I don't think it takes 30 min from start to finish!
