Need some help regarding Web Hosting

My mom is trying to change her website over to Circle.co.za
However, we are experiencing a few problems.

1. There is no support at all from these people, we've heard nothing except automated responses from them saying that she could log into her account

2. If they've gone bust, what do we then a we have already sent off our domain name off to them. Is there any way we can retrieve it?

3. We've already payed them the required amount so is there a way we can get the money back if they have gone bust?

The reason we suspect they've gone out of buisness is they don't answer any emails or phone calls and when we phone them, sometimes the number goes straight through to a private number.
I've never done a website before so don't know all the technical lingo but I'll try my hardest to understand. Any help on this matter will be vastly appreciated.

Might be worth posting on MyBB. You're more likely to find someone who knows something about the company there.

Never mind. Got a reply from them now. They say they are busy activating the domain or something like that.

Domain registration usually takes a day or so but should have been done when the website changeover was finalised. If you experience any more issues, maybe its worth your mom's while to contact Hetzner or MWEB. Both are very good hosting-wise.
