AAAAHHHHH! Be quick!
Q: Do you prefer to do your gaming on the move with your mobile phone/tablet, or is a dedicated handheld gaming device (3DS, PS Vita, etc.) the only way to go?

Re: [NAG] August "On The Forums"
I prefer dedicated, if I'm asked. I do however find myself playing games like Where's My Water and Angry Birds far more regularly than my DS. You know because crack makes you do things without thinking.

I'd go with a Vita or a 3ds for long journeys but mobiles and tablets for shorter journeys

I prefer mobile phone. Its a lot more cheaper and there is some amazing content out there that you can't get on dedicated handhelds.

I do gaming all round, on phones and portables. It's much more fun to be exposed to a wide range of games instead of just one type.

With things like Gameboid allowing you to play thousands of games on your phone (which can do more than just play games), i see no need to spend thousands on a "dedicated" device.

I've got a Nintendo DS with a few games for long hauls, and on my phone I have a few shorter arcade titles, including Need For Speed, to take the boredom out of long waits. Although I'm mostly reading something anyway to pass the time.

I love gaming on my iPhone. I don't see the point of having a dedicated device when you have one that can provide the same quality of gaming and a hell of a lot more. DS, Vita? No thanks.

Re: [NAG] August "On The Forums"
I'd really love a Vita, but as I know myself I'll play one or two games and the device will become a dedicated media streaming device of sorts. Therefore, my Galaxy S is perfect. Sometimes weeks go by without me touching a game on it, but at other times I just can't leave Angry Birds alone. Gotta love it.

Dedicated handheld device. I just prefer playing a game on something that was meant to play games. Besides playing with only a touch screen or cellphone buttons is really annoying.

That question assumes that I have the money for anything more than a phone for my gaming :(

I personally prefer non-mobile gaming because you can so much more on a PC than any mobile gaming device. I do like to use my PSP during long trips. And Gaming on 3G ain't cheap :P

I say neither...spent more on my PC, don't need another Cash Cow...However a 3DS is not too bad, would want one purely for the old Final Fantasy remakes and the Pokemon games just to whittle the night shifts away...playing the occasional Angry Birds on my phone...but it is more reserved for when I need to laugh maniacally! Is it me...<looks side-to-side> or are we all addicted to Angry Birds?
