GSL still in the noob phase of competitive gaming but not new to hosting LANs.
The regulars are casual gamers that appreciate the experience they get from laning.
Eventually we will create a place where we will bring in some of the more experienced players to compete.
This is some what of a test build to see what kind of response we can get from our free events.
Trying to build a space for gamers to start competing for prizes & then against other provinces + clans.
Eventually put our best against the international teams.
We will learn as we grow & build a database of sponsors & venues.
The next free LAN is happening on the 18 August 2012, players must RSVP.

Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare is still one of the COD games that supports offline multiplayer without the need to mod the game.
Also cheap enough for gamers to purchase a legal version without having to leach a copy from a friend.
There is a preliminary warmup this Friday Online on the Gamezone JHB server.
