Thread: I want to drop nukes on the huma race.

  1. #1

Default I want to drop nukes.

I'm often frustrated at how dark and evil humans can be.
I want to hurt people that bring pain to others.
I'm sick of the crime, the murder the pain.
But in all respect. i guess sometimes sheep are taken down by wolves.

The people next door were robbed at 2:00AM in morning.
No one was hurt but the next morning, today there was the most pretty girl sitting outside that house.
I was about to go talk to her but was distracted.. 30 minutes later she hanged herself.
Apparently because she was pregnant and her boy friend left her.

Just really not any person around to talk to about it.
But it's not my place to lash out.
But i feel great sorrow for our planet earth and it's people.

That is absolutly horrible. Im sorry, dude. I feel exactly the same way. It is your place to lash out. You may not have control over these things, but you sure as hell get to express your opinion. This whole week as just been an absolute cluster****. The Dark Knight Rises killings, the Cradock crash, now this? There is just so much wrong with this world.

    I know the feel man.
We all have so much to live for..
To take away another life or to take your own life is so foolish.

Well, they say that suicide is the most selfish act a person could make. But is it selfish to make them live the way they are feeling? In most cases it is selfish, like this one, if she stuck through it, she would have survived. My girlfriends mom fell pregnant with her when she was 17, and now shes happier then shes ever been. But for long periods of time, like constant depression, and nothing is helping, not enjoying life at all? Is it really that wrong for someone to want peace?

It's sad, and I understand your frustration, but don't you see the irony in this thread title?

"I'm sick of the world being so evil. I wish I could kill everyone."

Regardless of the thread title, I've become so immune to the wrongdoings of people lately. We're a self-destructive species and as much as we like to think of ourselves as humble and noble beings, we're all ingrained with the ability to do harm. I would say that I also want peace and co-existence, but unfortunately we've bottlenecked ourselves into a dependency on the economic system, and as much ad I'd like to attribute bad **** that goes down to human nature, money and environment hold a major role in it.

Social conditioning through media to believe what kind of life you should live, what kind of person you should be, what sets the benchmark for "success", what a normal sexual relationship should be like. Societal pressure that's unnecessary and changes people's mindsets and goals. You don't want the job that makes you happy, you want the job that makes you money so you can buy the **** that makes you believe you're happy. You pay ridiculous medical insurance every month to ensure that in the event that you are sick, you will be looked after and not end up in a government hospital which is understaffed, under-trained and ill-equipped. What does that say about society, where instead of healing the weak, we heal those who can afford it and leave the poor to play Russian-roulette with the most important thing a person should have, their health?

Edit: And in terms of success, I just want to reiterate something that Miktar once posted on the forums that really stuck with me. "If you're happy, you're successful." Regardless of what you have achieved and what you possess, I think happiness is the ultimate success-story.

There's too much disparity between the wealthy and the poor and it's hard to believe that in a world where R1 can feed the hungry for a day, Soulja Boy can wipe his "tears" with a $100 bill because he mourns the Aurora victims.

Yes, it's sad that we kill and hurt each other, starve each other and steal from each other, but it's human nature and it's what we have become and will stay for a while unless we change the fundamentals of how food, land and resources are distrubuted. I have come to accept that and I'm feeling more okay with it by the day. The thing that really makes me sad is that we're not trying to come together as a species, work with each other and get off this ****ing rock.

I know this sounds corny and slightly ****ed up, but I've often wished for an alien race to suddenly pitch up and go to war with us, or some such massive disaster that would threaten us as a species on the whole. I sometimes feel like we need a massive existence threatening experience to get the human race to forget the petty ****, pull together as a species and overcome such an obstacle. I feel, as a species, we will only get over everything if we're actually forced to co-operate with each other.

Maybe but like they say "walk a mile in another man's shoes" etc.Being driven to kill ones self may seem to the people left behind as a selfish act but to what extent was the person driven , how much personal hell were they going through that to kill yourself seemed like the only way to stop everything , only way to stop these feelings of helplessness and dispair .B.T.D.T.B.T.T.S.

Suicide is mankinds way of saying "i quit " before your deity gets a chance to fire you :D

I actually agree with that. We can get so caught up in petty ****.

STOP PICKING ON LEGION RAH RAH RAH.

Sad to say it, but rather be glad that nobody was hurt in the robbery, and as for the girl, chances are that someone so far away that she commits suicide because of her boyfriend leaving her would have done it anyway regardless of whether you spoke to her or not.

I always think that looking at everything from a doom and gloom perspective is entirely the wrong way to go about it. Yes, life sucks, yes bad things happen to good people, but sitting around and dwelling on it doesn't help much either. Rather ask yourself, what have YOU done today to make the world a brighter place?

There ain't no rest for the wicked...

I know this is a little harsh but she made a choice and went with it. There wasn't much you really could do. Do your best to forget about this and focus on your own future. If you want to help people someday, you first gotta help yourself.

You never know man, sometimes a little can go a long way. Little acts that we think of as insignificant could be immeasurably meaningful to someone else.

Either way, it's impossible to say what could have happened, so I hope you're not blaming yourself Legion. There's some real scum on this planet, but I like to think that the good will more often than not outweigh the bad.

It's possible, but I highly doubt it. Someone who is far enough away to have made a decision on not only terminating her own life, but also that of her unborn child usually isn't in a very good place. It's not a decision I see someone backing away from just because a stranger showed her some kindness by talking to her.

Either way, as you said, there's not really any way to know it for certain.

From my existence so far, I have come to the conclusion that it is simply in our human nature to be destructive. Destructive to everything around us and even to ourselves.

I can never put myself in the shoes of a suicidal human being. Even though I've had my fair share of horrible events. I just can't imagine how bad things must be for a person who decides to take his/her own life.

On the topic of wanting to "hurt" people who bring pain to others, that my friend would mean that every living person on this earth would be in pain or dead. If you went out and hurt "bad" people, then you're just as bad as the next guy. This will just result in a spiral of hatred which is already a huge issue in South Africa as we speak.

It's really not, though, and "BUT BIOTRUTHS" arguments like this one are part of the problem.

Is it not in our DNA to prolong and extend the human race, not destroy it? Serious question here, I didn't do biology in high school.

    Wow..
I just read the title again, I think that's what darth vader said just before he built the death star.
"Then someone must make them agree" -Anakin Skywalker.
"They are like animals and I slaughtered them." -Anakin Skywalker.

But I can say that we are self destructive, just take a google for the evils of our race.
But many of us are also fighting for that brighter future.

Even I am guilty, many times I have shunned advice from people that actually care for me very much.
It took me a visit to a wedding to become aware of this and has slowly been destroying myself.

Now I am aware of my actions and how they effect those around me, almost feeling hurt about what I did,
I may know, but how many people actually feel pain for their crimes or mistakes?
I guess that makes us so upset, when them criminals get away it feels law less.

Life and the whole concept of existence is a funny game. Everyone has the right to live and die freely, but at what cost? There will be times of relentless suffering and something like this will ruin your day because, to be rather blunt, life is a bitch.

No one is perfect and no one is immortal. Bad things happen to us because we do bad things ourselves. It's what makes us human.
