A technical achievement featuring stunning DirectX 10 and DirectX 9 visuals, cunning gameplay, and an epic story, Crysis is recognized as one of the most anticipated PC games and first person shooters of 2007, recently winning Best PC game from the Game Critics Awards: Best of E3 2007.

Seriously, I like Crysis, but I won't have a machine that's even NEAR to being able to run it for at least 23.56 years. And by that time, better things will have come and gone.

Seriously, I'm dumb-struck - and it's not the graphics. It's what they're trying to do here - the weapons you can mod on the fly, the suit, the environment. Bioshock, Mass Effect, Crysis.... holy **** people we're in for some good times.

I'm probably going to get a 9800GTS for Crysis, if they get released on time, and are under R6000, then I'll be sweet. . .

The 9800GTS is going to retail for +- $500. So if you buy from newegg you should be able to get one for just under 4000. I just wanna SLi 'cause it'll fill out my case nicely.

You see I'm a ATI fan and will always buy a ATI it's not that I have grudge or anything bad against Nivida. I always look at both but will in the end buy an ATI card.

Well, if the head dude over at Crytek can run the game nicely on full settings with a 7800GT and a 3500+ DC AMD then you should be able to run on medium settings?

Yea, but I have a bottleneck concerning my CPU. I tried overclocking it, but its not easy overclockable.
