PS3 Customer care?
First of all I don't own a PS3 yet. My Xbox360 flashed the red circle last night and this morning microsoft gave me a reference number with which I can get a new Xbox360 (I didn't even have my receipt anymore).
My questions is as follows: Has anyone's or any friend's PS3 broken yet? And what was the customer care like?
I would probably get the PS3 eventualy, but I want to know what the customer service is like first.
My intention is not to start an X vs Y thread so please avoid telling us how much better you think your console/platform is compared to the other.

If you go over to the take2 forums quite a few people have had problems with the optical drive, as for customer service I have no idea.

The only problems iv had are with software, but since updates are realeasd every month it has very little effect. it did once refuse to eject a disk, but that i fixed by restarting it
