Xbox 360 recommendation thread
Recommended games for the 360? I've just bought one and am looking for some of the better games the console.
What do you think is a must-have?
*I just want to add that if there is a better co-op 3rd person on the 360 other than Gears of War, please let me know ASAP.

Oh, and it's not third person, but I strongly recommend you play your Halo 3 with friends.

Gears of War
Oblivion
Mass Effect
CoD 4
Forza/PGR 4 (you can get this on the cheap)
Part of the reason I'm buying a 360 is because of this which is due late 2008.
Bioshock
Testdrive Unlimited (still can't stop playing the game)
Assassin's Creed

If you are in to button mashers (and restarting from the beginning of missions all the time), try Ninety Nine Nights.
If you like JRPGs, Try Blue Dragon (20 hours in and STILL on the 1st disk [of 3] :/ )
How does the 3 disc thing for Blue Dragon work?
Erm. You put the disk in the tray, close the tray and play it like a normal Xbox Game?
To be more accurate, being a JRPG, you follow a linear story, thus depending where you are, you use the content from that disk. Thus, I am still on Disk 1 content/story.
Make sense?
EDIT: I apologise if I am insulting your intelligence, I might not actually be understanding what you are asking
I think he wants to know if the 3 discs work similar to the way they did on the PS1, where after completeing part of a game it requests you to insert the next disc, or if each disc contains different content, i.e. making of , etc.
Oooh :D Thanks for point this out Falafel - the answer is the first option: You insert the next disk when you reach a point in the story

errr... I think anime works might have it but he wants xbox 360 games... If you meant halo 3 (which is definately worth getting over halo 2) you can get it in most of the stores here that sell games:)
Oh and Forza 2 is worth mentioning if you're into racing sims.
